A+ Design & Consulting, LLC takes pride in producing septic designs that meet all applicable regulations while keeping the customers pocketbook in mind. We produce septic designs geared towards helping the customer receive their installation permits in as timely manner as possible. Every septic design starts with site evaluation which takes into account all the factors that can effect the type of system that will meet regulations.

Septic Evaluation Considerations:

•The size of the property and location of the property lines.

• The location of water bodies including the ocean, lakes, rivers, streams, drainage areas, and wetlands.

• Zoning and local ordinances affecting the use of the property.

• Surface drainage patterns.

• Soil conditions on the site.

• The location of existing wells and structures on or adjacent to the site.

• Steepness of the site.

• The presence of bedrock.

We also offer site evaluation services for clients interested in purchasing property. Buying property is a big deal, we are here to help you determine if a piece of property will suit your future needs and vision. We now also offer wetland delineation and consulting services.

About Me:

Leonard Taylor

Leonard is a Washington State Licensed On-site Wastewater Treatment System Designer, and a Washington State Registered Sanitarian. Prior to starting A Plus Design & Consulting, LLC, he was an Associate Designer with Aqua Resources Design & Consulting out of Portland, Oregon from 2008 to 2010. From 2006 to 2008 he worked for the Pacific County Department of Community Development as an Environmental Health Specialist.

Leonard received his Bachelor of Science in Chemistry degree from the University of Washington in 2001. Prior to that, he served in the US Navy from 1990 to 1994 as an Engineering Laboratory Technician aboard the USS Richard B Russell SSN 687. He graduated from Ilwaco High School in Ilwaco, Washington in 1990. A Plus Design & Consulting, LLC is operated out of his home in Long Beach, WA.
